Terms of Use
These terms cover dgtlsunrise.com and the Grok Bot plugin. Consulting work is governed by a separate engagement you actually sign. If those conflict, the engagement wins for that work.
The plugin
The Grok Bot plugin is provided as-is, free for local use on your Grok Bot computer. You must have the right to connect the accounts you authorize. You are responsible for how you use the answers Grok produces from that data. Connect Google once with all Free permissions up front. Live edits need your confirmation. Do not treat plugin output as legal, compliance, or financial advice.
Paid features
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads are not part of the free plugin. They are a DGTL Pro subscription for the hosted gateway, on terms we state at checkout or in an order form. Merchant Center is also Pro-gated; those Google calls stay on your machine (plugin-direct), not the Ads/Meta/TikTok Worker hop. Live changes need confirmation. We may refuse or cancel a subscription that abuses the gateway. Google Ads is described at /google-ads.
The site
You may not scrape, attack, or impersonate this site. Content here is ours unless noted. Do not copy it as your own marketing.
No warranty
The site and the free plugin are offered without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our liability for the free plugin is limited to zero dollars, and for paid services to the fees you paid us in the prior three months, unless a signed engagement says otherwise or the law forbids that limit.
Idaho law
Idaho law governs these terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Venue is in the state or federal courts serving Kootenai County, Idaho.
